This coming weekend will be a long one with the Raya holidays, there will be a total of 4 days. Now I have to crack my head to think of dishes to cook over the long holidays. Saturday's cooking is solved with the preparation of lemang and rendang for the Indonesian maid's Raya celebration. This is the yearly affair which I follow in order to make them feel the celebration mood away from home. I just wonder, what next in terms of dishes for the days that follow.
